CIP Cleaners

Tanks, lines and heat exchangers cannot be dismantled for cleaning, so the clean has to be delivered by circulating chemistry at controlled time, temperature and flow. CIP alkaline and acid programmes remove organic soil and mineral scale respectively on a defined cycle. Correct CIP is what allows a plant to certify hygiene without opening a single vessel.

Product Overview

Technical Information

What it is, what it does, and why it is used

ALKAXA is Everklin’s built-caustic liquid cleaner for closed food and beverage process circuits. Its programme role is the alkaline removal of organic process soil from stainless-steel tanks, pipelines, pasteurizers and plate heat exchangers under controlled CIP conditions.

Cleaning performance depends on the complete cycle: effective pre-rinsing, correct concentration, circulation temperature, hydraulic coverage and sufficient action time. After circulation, drain the system and rinse with potable or process-approved water until the return is neutral and free from residual causticity. Final parameters remain subject to the current Everklin TDS and plant validation.
