Brewery & Beverage

Bottle Washing Chemicals

Returnable glass arrives with dried product residue, mould, and labels that must all come off in a single caustic bath pass, at line speed. Bottle washing chemistry combines the additives that keep the caustic working: label removal and de-inking, hardness control to prevent scaling on the machine, and foam control to protect bottle detection. The operating outcome is a visually clean, hygienically acceptable bottle without a machine that scales up.
